Member and Senior Officer Development Programmes

We provide bespoke facilitated sessions/workshops which bring together the senior leadership of the council, at political and officer level. There may be relationship issues which need to be aired and addressed and our training provides a safe and constructive environment to do this. Joint sessions also offer the opportunity to share perspectives and build positive relationships. This can be particularly important following changes at senior level in the council (whether this is a new administration or the appointment of new senior officers). Our independent, external facilitation can bring a neutral and objective voice to the discussion, focusing on good governance and effective relationships.

We work with councils to understand their needs and priorities to shape a training session to exactly fit what is required.
